Availability/prices

The cottage is available to rent all year round and is designed to accommodate a maximum of six. Weekly lettings run from Saturday to Saturday. Visitors are requested to vacate the property by 10.30am on the final day of the let. The property will be available on the first day of the let from 4pm. 

The rental price covers all bed linen and towels, electricity and heating. The only other extra costs to be met are for the payphone. The cottage is non smoking throughout for the benefit of all our customers. Well behaved dogs can be accommodated by special arrangement (please contact us for details).

Prices vary between £250 to £500 per week based on the time of the year. Short breaks are available during offpeak periods and possibly within a few day's notice at other times. The charges for short breaks are based on a percentage of the weekly rate as follows:

1-3 nights 60% of the weekly rate
4-5 nights 80% of the weekly rate
6 nights 100% of the weekly rate 

A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival at the property. Should the booking be cancelled prior to arrival any payment made will be returned only if the cottage can be rebooked. In such circumstances we will of course make every endeavour to re-let the cottage but we recommend customers take out cancellation insurance.
